The plaque shown in the present photograph represents Engineering; it is on the eastern side of the pedestal, the side that is shown in NS3975 : Statue of Peter Denny. The other plaque represents Shipbuilding, and is shown in NS3975 : Plaque below statue of Peter Denny.
