Here in 1793, Samuel Slater, Moses Brown and William Almy
Established the First Successful Cotton Factory in the United States
Kids have been going on school trips to the mill for YEARS. The area is made up of a few colonial buildings and water wheel as well as a colonial style garden and park. The Mill is located on the Blackstone River.
