Doug Mullins was considered to be the last of London's true dairymen and was for many years, like his father Bill before him, a familiar sight around the town in his red and white milk float. When he died aged only 59 the town mourned and this plaque on the corner of Royal Hill and Burney Street was erected in his memory. See Link for more information.
