In 2010 the BC Labour Heritage Centre partnered with the Vancouver Convention Centre on a series of plaques telling stories of working peoples' history in the province.This plaque describes British Columbia's early mining industry and references the fight for the 8 hour day.This plaque is located on the interior walls of Convention Centre West.
