Plaque on the eastern abutment of a railway bridge

The bridge carries the Folkestone to Dover line over Cheriton Road and the abutments have been used to display artworks in connection with the Folkestone Triennial 2014. This plaque’s title reads “The luckiest place on earth” and underneath “this is the world’s first recycling point for luck and wishes, Put your penny in to make a wish and then remove another penny to take with you for good luck”
