The following text is included in the description, "In Memory of Councillor Jim McPadden whose untimely death on March the 12th 2004 is deeply regretted. Born at Annagh Upper on January the 6th 1949. Jim joined the Ballinaglera branch of the Fine Gael in 1975 and was elected to Leitrim County Council in 1985. Jim joined the local community with tireless dedication, supporting all development and individual interests.
