Plaque, Aughadarragh National School

Located here H5850 : Former National School, Aghindarragh This reconstructed sandstone plaque was originally positioned at the front wall and is now at the rear of the building. The spelling of the name is different to that of the townland - Aghindarragh Other wording in the description is as follows: Aughadarra schoolhouse Erected by James N Richardson Esq. for his Tenantry's Accommodation 1844
