Inscriptions commemorating two Royal Visits

The structure is located in the Vale of Leven Industrial Estate. For an older picture of it, and for its inscriptions, see NS3978 : Inscriptions commemorating two Royal Visits. When the present picture was taken, it had recently been cleaned (I do not know whether this was prompted by the upcoming Commonwealth Games).
