Built in 1938, this Spanish Colo-
nial Revival building originally
housed Davis City Hall and the
Fire Dept. Later home to the
Police Dept . Converted into a
restaurant in 2005, City Hall ex-
exemplifies adaptive reuse of a hist-
toric property.
