Park in East Vancouver named after community activist Donald "Dusty" Greenwell. Greenwell, his father and grandfather were all coal miners from Vancouver Island. His grandfather was blacklisted after the 1912 coal mining strike. His father helped to organize miners in the 1930s and was the first secretary of the United Mine Workers Local in South Wellington in the 1930s.
