Gravesite marker of 34-year old Charles Painter, a special constable with the BC Electric Railway who was killed during a robbery in 1915. The gravestone was only installed in 2017 thanks to a member of the Metro Vancouver Transit Police who researched his story. Painter's name has also now be inscribed on the BC Law Enforcement Memorial in Victoria.
