Berkeley's First Pocket Park

So, someone's having a little fun in North Berkeley (and perhaps beyond), posting a series of what I'd call parody or guerrilla plaquelets. This one is outside the Peet's on Solano Avenue and "commemorates" a spot where a street tree is planted. Elsewhere in the general neighborhood, there's another plaquelet marking Berkeley's "shortest road". And there's a redacted marker adjacent to the North Berkeley that celebrates ... something.

On this spot, the city celebrates Berkeley’s first micro-park. This nine square foot field has been enjoyed by residents and visitors alike, just not at the same time. Park hours are from dawn to dusk. Dogs are to remain on leash at all times. No camping.
