Centennial Square Fountain

Placed in concrete around the edge of the Centennial Square Fountain is an inscription made out of metal letters. The words say, "The Centennial Fountain Gift to the City of Victoria from the Municipalities of Saanich, Oak Bay, and Esquimalt to Commemorate the Victoria Centenary of Progress 1862 - 1962."
