William M. Tugman
This plaque is near the south end of Tugman Park, the park being named after William M. Tugman. It's a very nice park, with a large play field, a walking path, many trees and a sand area with play structures for kids. It is also used as a south Eugene community gathering place. A wonderful addition to this part of town!
