Wall and Limits
The plaque reads: LIMIT OF THE MEXICAN REPUBLIC. THE DESTRUCTION OR DISLOCATION OF THE MONUMENT IS A FELONY PUNISHED BY MEXICO OR THE US. I remember when I read the plaque tears came running down my cheek. It's beyond my comprehension the fact that the wall that divides Mexico with the U.S. is so thin, so breakable in a way. It's the corner of the Mexican territory that lead to the beach. And then, if you enter the beach is like you are diving into freedom.
