Treaty of Utrecht

This plaque at the back of the old town hall in the center of Utrecht tells about the treaty of Utrecht. It is in Dutch and English text, and explains that in april 1713 the first time that diplomacy and negotiations led to a period of relative peace and quiet in Europe.
