The University of London's Apologies

Apparently the University of London decided to build on top of Russell's estate without informing them of the plans for the buildings. It was only after the buildings had been completed that they settled with the estate. Bottom line: build first, ask questions later. 

"The University of London hereby records its sincere apologies that the plans of this building were settled without due consultation with the Russell Family and their trustees and therefore without their approval of its design"
