Plaque on the old Bourne Bridge

The plaque reads "Borough of Ipswich, County of Suffolk. Bridge widened 1891 in the county and borough by public subscription. Opened Oct 20 by Alderman Nathaniel Catchpole, chairman of joint committee." See Link for a photo of the bridge.
