The following are the seventeen names listed: Sir Edward Peacock, Viscount Camrose, Viscount Bearsted, Viscount Nuffield, Lord Catto, Sir James Caird, Lord Bicester, Sir Hugo Cunliffe-Owen, Lord Glendyne, Lord Leathers, Lord Kenilworth, Sir James Lithgow, Sir Edward Mountain, Mr James De Rothschild, Sir Frederick Stewart, Viscount Portal of Laverstoke and Mr J Arthur Rank.
