J. Timothy McGinley

on his retirement from the Board of Trustees

Outstanding Purdue scholar (Chem E., '63), athlete, alumnus,

and with his wife Jane Wood McGinley (Elem. Education, '62),

a generous supporter of student scholarships.

Under his leadership as a member of the Board of Trustees from

1989 to 2009, the last 16 years as Chair, Purdue created

Discovery Park, and the University grew as never before.
