Link between Ft. Washington and Riverside Parks
The 1998 completion of this link between Ft. Washington and Riverside Parks connects 7 miles of continuous public riverfront. It is part of a larger effort to develop both a city-wide bicycle greenway network and a regional trail, the future 330-mile Hudson River Valley Greenway, which will run from the Battery in Manhattan to the Mohawk R. north of Albany.
