Langley Teachers Association Connie Jervis Plaque
Installed in 2017 by the Langley Teachers' Association and the BC Labour Heritage Centre, this plaque documents the fight by Connie Jervis and 40 other teachers in 1939-40 with their school board and other community leaders in their struggle to have an arbitrated salary award implemented.The plaque is on the exterior of the Langley Teachers' Association office.
