Who dreamed of the day when the environmental and social importance of urban streams would be fully recognized and their restoration a priority. Truth good unwavering commitment, and the work of many volunteers and agencies, the rehabilitation of Byrne Creek and construction of this trail has made one small part of his dream a reality.
