This municipal park is located in the Port Guichon neighbourhood of Delta where Homer Stevens grew up. The park recognizes the work of Homer and his father Nick Stevens, who championed the rights of working people and the union movement. The Homer Stevens plaque is at the base of a tree at the southwest corner of the park, while the cement column with plaques commemorating Nick Stevens and the Stevens family are in the central-eastern part of the park.
