Built in 1843 and occupied in the 1930's by Southern Coffee Mills Ltd., coffee producers for Café Du Monde.
Purchased and renovated in 1999 by Travis P. Talamo Enterprises L.L.C., dba Renaissance Builders.
In 2001 it received an Honorable Mention at the New Orleans Historic Distric Landmarks Commission Architectural Awards Ceremony.
