(BUILDING TO THE RIGHT)

This Italianate Style building dates back to the post- Civil War era and is the last of a pair of identical buildings in the city. In 2017 the Sazerac Company began a full façade reconstruction, including restoring the original cast iron, and recreating the original cornice from historical photographs. After a multi- year extensive restoration project, this building was fully restored to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties and in 2019 it was re-dedicated as the Sazerac House.
