Kids With Cancer Mural
The Colorful ceramic frieze on the Triumphal Arch was developed from drawings from local children fighting cancer, under the direction of artist Brian Borrello.
"Through the Kids with Cancer Mural Collaboration, I met extraordinary kids whom I can't seem to forget, nor will I forget their images.
What struck me most was the incredible honesty and courage that all these children portrayed in the face of a life an death struggle, and I hope that some of that feeling shines through in their mural.
