IT IS DISTINGUISHED BY ITS LIMESTONE RUSTICATION AND TWO-STORY MANSARD ROOF. IT WAS DESIGNED BY JOHN H. DUNCAN AS HEADQUARTERS FOR THE KNOX HAT COMPANY.
